FULL RESULTS (scroll for men)

The men's and women's cross country teams competed on Saturday at the DeSales Invitational in Center Valley, Pennsylvania.

The women placed in 7th place at the race, while the men were eighth against strong regional competition as they continue preparations for their October 30 CUNYAC Finals.

Rookie Paz Moran led the women's squad again with an 18th place finish with a time of 26:00.3 in the 6K course. Guadalupe Valle was next best finishing in 43rd place with a time of 34:14.3.

Jose Perez was tops for the men in 22nd place in their 8K race with a time of 28:00.4. Daniel Sedgh placed in 46th place with a time of 29:34.1.

POINTS SCORING SYSTEM: Please note in cross country team scoring that only the first five runners that finish for a team count towards the team's total points. Therefore, if a team places runners in 3, 9, 10, 12, and 23rd places, it totals 57 points when adding the top five finishes. The team with the lowest point total wins the race. If a team does not have five runners in the race, they do not count toward the team scoring.
